Our latest COVID guidelines

In the case of a last minute forced cancellation due to Government restrictions, we will always try to offer alternative dates in the first instance. If we conclude this is not possible, we will offer a refund.

 

If however, you decide not to travel and cancel your booking (even though you are permitted to travel), our usual cancellation terms will apply. 

 

If COVID restrictions are implemented during a holiday and you are forced to return home, then a refund will be issued on a pro rata basis. 

 

You should always check that you have adequate insurance cover in the event you test positive for COVID during your holiday and you have to self isolate or return home.
