Brecon Beacons 10 Peak Challenge - 26th Sept 2026

A tasty challenge if ever there was one!
 
22 miles across 10 named peaks in the Brecon Beacons is a day out to remember and certainly a great goal to train for. 
 
Starting early, walkers will be driven to the start point and set off with their Mountain Leader and complete the following peaks in order:
 
Fan Nedd 663m
Fan Lila 632m
Fan Dringarth 617m
Fan Frynych 629m
Craig Cerrig Gleisiad 629m
Corn Du 873m
Pen Y Fan 886m
Cribyn 795m
Fan Y Big 719
Carn Pica 750m
 
There will be an admin / safety checkpoint at the half way mark where walkers can resupply with food, water and change their clothing if required.
 
It is anticipated that the challenge will take around 12 hours. 
 
Upon completion, the minibus and drivers will remain in Brecon overnight in one of the hotels. If anyone would like this option then they need to request this at the time of booking. This will then be paid for separately. The price is £75pp based on people sharing a mixture of twin rooms, double rooms and one quadruple room.
 
Those who wish to return home after the challenge must self drive or car share to Brecon town from home and leave their cars there for the day. These walkers will be picked up in the minibus and transported with the rest to the start point and dropped back off to their cars upon completion for their onward journey.
