The Three Moors Three Peaks - 24th October 2026
Join us this autumn for Peaks and Trails very own 'Three Moors Three Peaks'.
An epic day out bagging the three highest peaks on Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor and Exmoor.
The total walking distance is 14 miles broken down as follows:
Bodmin Moor - Brown Willy (420m) - 4 miles
Dartmoor - High Willhays (621m) - 5.5 miles
Exmoor - Dunkery Beacon (519m) - 4.5 miles
This a fantastic way to see the south west of England from its three corners; Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.
There is no time limit for this one so we can maximise the views en route.
Walkers will need to be at Rough Tor carpark near Camelford on Bodmin Moor at 7am in time for sunrise from the summit of Cornwall before heading off to Devon.
The day will be done by hitting Dunkery Beacon by 5pm and be back down at Webbers Post carpark by 6pm.
Participants are advised to car share and to bring everything they need for the day including adequate food, drinks and changes of clothing.
